She was a supervisor at Hunter Engineering and of the Baptist Faith. The second of thirteen children born to Columbus Oscar Harber and Mae Bell Flanagan Harber Pigg, She is preceded in death by both parents, a child Mary Ann, her husband of 31 years Eugene ( Buddy) Fuller, brothers; Columbus Harber, Fred Harber, & James Harber, sisters; Ada Mae Lawrence, Sadie Mc Farland, & Joy Cleveland. He was preceded in death by his parents; Otto Billie Rowland Browning, Sr., and brother Tommy Browning. A retired contractor, owner of Osborne Grocery, was employed by W. “Red” Hancock Oil Field Construction and a member of Bentonia Baptist Church.
